About Grampound FC Veterans 2024-25
| Grampound Football Club's first documented appearance on the field was recorded in 1902 and the Veterans team was formed in 2007 and joined the Devon and Cornwall Veterans League, playing in the league cups only. A fantastic few games saw our new team win the Devon and Cornwall Supplementary Cup in our inaugral season, beating Tamarside in the final, one of the biggest clubs in the southwest at the time. This league lasted a little longer and we continued with cup matches only until 2009 when the Cornwall Veterans League was formed as Devon dropped away. Grampound began playing in the league in 2011 , winning its first game against Packhorse Inn from St Blazey and has been in full membership since then. |
Grampound Veterans plays in the Cornwall Veterans League (for over-35s) and also enters the Cornwall Sunday Cup, an open-age competition.
